St Helena Bay Beach House

Simcha Beach House is a self-catering townhouse situated in the sought-after Shelley Point Estate, St Helena Bay.

The house is ideally located within a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
This double-storey, thatched-roof holiday home can accommodate 6 guests.

The top floor features the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a corner bath.

The main bedroom also boasts a walk-in cupboard and a huge smart TV, as well as a door leading to a small balcony.

The second bedroom has two 3-quarter size beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors that lead to a balcony. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom.

The ground floor offers a spacious lounge, a 6-seater dining table and TV with OpenView. The compact kitchen contains a built-in glass top stove, a fridge, a microwave and a double sink. The washing machine is installed in the double garage.

There is a swimming pool and a built-in braai area at the front of the house (only partial privacy) and a lovely shady patio at the back of the house.
