The open-plan living areas ensure you have stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and on to the back of Table Mountain.

The house is equipped with a Chef’s kitchen for those wishing to have their lunches and/or dinners catered. The main kitchen for every day use is well equipped with a gas hob, built-in oven and microwave, fridge-freezer as well as a dishwasher. Two dining rooms and two lounges ensure there is ample space for everyone to relax.

The outdoor pool (10m x 4m) area is the ideal place to lounge in the sun or have a BBQ, either gas or wood, and there is a pizza oven as well. An outdoor dining table can be enjoyed for those beautiful summer days when having a BBQ alongside the pool.
