• Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.
• Smoking is prohibited in the house; any signs of smoking will lead to loss of the deposit.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.
