Cancellation Policy Once booking dates and number of guests have been confirmed, any changes made are subject to approval and different tariffs may apply. Should the time period be reduced after the confirmation has been made, a cancellation fee will be applicable accordingly. There are no refunds on cancellations – the booking is transferrable to more suitable dates within 6 months of the original booking after which the deposit will be forfeited. If this booking is cancelled within 3 months of arrival date, the full deposit will be forfeited. Only written cancellations via email will be accepted. Should you have a positive Covid 19 case in your party, the following will be applicable. 1) Proof of the positive case. 2) Only out of season bookings will be transferred to more suitable dates within 6 months of the original booking date. 3) In season dates can unfortunately not be moved unless we can replace the booking on short notice.
