How to confirm a booking
Want2Stay Admin sets the value of the booking admin fee that gets deducted from the total bookings price (excluding city and cleaning fees ).
The host / property owner will get the notification about the new booking request and then from the Want2Stay user "Dashboard" – "My Bookings" the host issues the invoice with the required fee.
If the admin booking fee is for example set to 10% by admin, the issued invoice will show Deposit 10% (which means 10% admin fee).
The Booking Admin Fee is deducted from the total invoice and is paid by the guest that submits the booking AFTER the property owner / host approved the booking request. Once paid the gets confirmed.
