WaTa House is a charming home situated in a secure village, Felixton (just outside Empangeni and Richards Bay on the KZN North Coast), providing guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation. With picturesque views of sugarcane fields and rolling hills, it’s an ideal retreat for families or groups looking to escape the city’s hustle and bustle.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and an infant. (Extra guests can be accommodated at an extra cost and by prior arrangement). The bedrooms are each furnished with either a king-size bed, a double bed, or a queen-size bed and a single bed. There is an additional single sleeper couch and a cot available in the house. The bathrooms are each fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and either a shower and a bath or a shower only.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area includes a 6-seater dining table and opens onto a lounge area with seating. Two living areas includes a TV, comfortable seating, and air-conditioning.

The house opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and a spacious private garden with a swimming pool, a trampoline, and a children’s play area. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay. The house also features an inverter that can power the lights, TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and select outlets.
