Atlantic Seaboard will make a great space for your Cape Town visit – whether you’re looking at Sea Point or Clifton, Bantry Bay or Camps Bay, Simon’s Town or Kommetjie you will find a fun time near the coast and a plethora of beaches.
Booking and reservation start from R1480.00 per night and up to R1990.00 per night. Almost any day or week is available but price may vary depending on day or week popularity. A day to 5 weeks available.
The Excalibur Vacation Inn and B&B, The Peninsula is Unique World-class standard that meet the different needs of owners and guests just like our The Excalibur Vacation Inn and B&B in Miami Florida the United States, Malaysia and Dubai (UAE). Our apartments are available with varying floor plans: a flexible one/two-bedroom lock-off, and one- and two-bedroom units. Whichever you choose, your apartment will be fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, and private patio. Also available are shuttle buses to take our distinguished guest to and fro all the tourist places of our guest choice within our radar which is not more than an hour away from us.

1. Booking/Checkout arrangements. Guests should make their booking prior to the visiting day with full security deposit and 50% of the rental fee. A booking can be made within one/two/three/four or even 6 months before guest arrival date. It allows us to make sure the guest room is very intact and conducive and most importantly, puts everything in place that makes guests feel at home. Our guest is expected to check out between 12noon to 2:00pm on the last day of their vacation so that our staff can check you out intime.
2. Parking. Our guests are allowed to bring their own car(S) which is a maximum of 2 cars for 2 guests with free parking in any of our covered garages. Additional cars are subject to parking fees.
3. Smoking. Hopkins Luxury Inn Bed & Breakfast has a smoking area and no smoking area. Guests are allowed to smoke in their room or balcony or their private patio.
4. Noise and the neighborhood. Excessive noise late at night and/or disrupting the guest is not permitted when it is 8:00pm. Failure to adhere to this may result in forfeiting your deposit.
5. Security. Guests should remember to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property. Also turn off the lights and air conditioner before leaving the premises. You may decide to drop your key(S) with our receptionist in order not to lose it. Above all, our premises are 24hours under security patrol and security system alarm.
6. Damages and breakages. For cases when the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, the costs will be billed to guests.
7. Emergency contact details. Our guests need to provide emergency contact numbers in case anything goes wrong during guests’ stay at our property.
