ADDED COSTS: Stays for more than 1 night : There is an Eskom prepaid meter is for your own account, toilet roll, dishwashing tablets for own cost. (Long term stays: add water, garden, pool & own wifi costs)
PETS ALLOWED AT A FEE. R600 per pet per stay. Please arrange with Owner. Payable before arrival pay direct to Owner. R1000 refundable pet damage deposit. Please ensure all vaccinations are up to date. Large dog flaps on both buildings. Any size dog is welcome (miniatures must be closely watched by owner). The courtyard can be locked as well to secure smaller ones from the bigger ones. Dogs not allowed to sleep on the beds please. Indemnity to be signed. Dog safety is owners responsibility & the property cannot be held liable.
(NB Please note we have 2 huskies on site safely and securely fenced o ff on a corner of the property. The caretaker or Landlord will pop in to feed them. NB: Do not feed the huskies. They are e not allowed chicken bones, sharp bone or they will choke. Strictly no human food especially sugar & xylotol is poisonous.)
CHILDEN UNDER 2 ARE FREE.
PAID FEES: Stays for more than 1 night there is an Eskom prepaid meter is for your own account. Tennis night time floodlights available R600 per night. The domestic helper is optional & available for private laundry please make own arrangements.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: Only if one or both of the full complete houses are booked exclusively:
-A R1000 refundable damage deposit per house. Guesthouses A (3 bedrooms) OR guesthouse B (3 bedrooms).
-A R2000 refundable damage deposit if entire place is fully booked exclusively, both houses. Additional R1000 refundable if there are pets. R3000 refundable deposit for functions.
-There is a R400 fully refundable key deposit.
