How to answer a guest's request.

Whenever a guest makes an enquiry via the Want2Stay website that message gets filed under the account of the Host. The host will then be notified via email upon which the host needs to follow the following steps:

1. Log into your Want2Stay account

2. Go to Inbox

3. Scroll to the unanswered message

4. Click on reply

5. Add your text reply and send you message.

Done! Remember it is extremely important and in your own interest to answer messages as soon as possible in order to provide the best customer service to your Want2Stay guests.
